Booking Rules | กฎการจอง

• Rooms available at BU Counter, C6 4th Floor
  เปิดให้บริการที่เคาเตอร์ BU ชั้น 4 อาคาร C6
• For BU students & faculty only
  สำหรับนักศึกษาและอาจารย์ของมหาวิทยาลัยกรุงเทพเท่านั้น
• Student ID required for all members
  ต้องแสดงบัตรนักศึกษาของผู้ใช้ทุกคน
• Available 08:40 – 16:30
  เปิดให้จองและใช้งานเวลา 08:40 – 16:30 น.
• Reserve up to 2 hours per session; no consecutive bookings by the same group
  จองได้ไม่เกิน 2 ชั่วโมงต่อครั้ง และไม่สามารถจองต่อเนื่องโดยกลุ่มเดิม
• Advance booking allowed 1 day only
  สามารถจองล่วงหน้าได้ไม่เกิน 1 วัน
• If not checked in within 15 minutes, booking will be cancelled automatically
  หากไม่มาใช้บริการภายใน 15 นาทีหลังเวลาจอง จะถูกยกเลิกอัตโนมัติ

Room Usage | การใช้ห้อง

• Capacity: 3–10 people
  จำนวนผู้เข้าใช้: 3–10 คน
• Keep the room clean; return to its original condition
  รักษาความสะอาดและคืนสภาพห้องตามเดิม
• Only drinking water allowed; no food or other beverages
  อนุญาตให้นำเฉพาะน้ำดื่ม ห้ามอาหารและเครื่องดื่มอื่น
• No loud noise or disturbance
  ห้ามส่งเสียงดังรบกวน
• Switch off air-conditioning, lights, and check belongings before leaving
  ปิดแอร์ ปิดไฟ และตรวจสอบของมีค่าก่อนออกจากห้อง
• Return room key/number and remote controls (if any) at the counter
  คืนกุญแจ/หมายเลขห้อง และรีโมท (ถ้ามี) ที่เคาน์เตอร์

Check-Out & Penalties | การเช็กเอาต์และบทลงโทษ

• Check out with your Student ID before leaving
  เช็กเอาต์ด้วยบัตรนักศึกษาก่อนออกจากห้อง
• Leave 10 minutes early to allow the next group access
  ออกจากห้องล่วงหน้า 10 นาทีเพื่อสะดวกต่อผู้ใช้ถัดไป
• Failure to check out may result in a warning or a booking suspension
  ไม่เช็กเอาต์ อาจถูกเตือนหรือระงับสิทธิ์การจอง
• Users are responsible for any damage to property/equipment
  ผู้ใช้ต้องรับผิดชอบความเสียหายต่อทรัพย์สินหรืออุปกรณ์
• No gambling or illegal activities allowed
  ห้ามเล่นการพนันหรือทำกิจกรรมผิดกฎหมาย
